 The
Early Education Centre provides quality
education to Palestinian refugee children
preparing them for a successful start in
their schooling. WHO established a Kindergarten
and Nursery program as these important resources
are not available through the UNRWA education
system. WHO also firmly believes in
the need for Kindergartens and Nurseries
to enable women to choose to work and financially
support their family if necessary.
126 children under the age of six are enrolled
in the program.
Objective of this Project
are:
1-
To
provide quality early childhood education
and affordable child care services so that
women will have the opportunity
2-
to
train in work skills and seek employment.To
provide awareness raising sessions, and
health education programs
for children and their families.
3-
To
provide psycho-social assistance to children
with a range of problems.
