Overall
Objective: To improve the health conditions
and social integration of poor elderly Palestinian
refugees in Lebanon.
Specific
Objective: Improve health condition by providing
home care nursing, physiotherapy program,
and domestic +lifestyle support to maintain
health standard and improve social condition
by monitoring social +psychological health
and running programs to maintain the elderly
communities social and health
1,300
vulnerable elderly Palestinian refugees
will receive home care nursing services
to maintain and improve their health status
and/or mobility, and they will have also
improved social relations with their families
and be better integrated into their communities
