The
APHEDA ‘Women To Women’ Program is
a vocational scholarship program for young
Palestinian women. WHO and APHEDA
have run this program since 1997.
APHEDA provides the funds and WHO
organizes the infrastructure to advertise
the availability of the scholarships and
selection panel
Currently,
young women are receiving a part scholarship
for their studies through the program. Because
the funds are so limited, WHO also
arranges loans for the young women so they
are able to pay their education fees.
